I've bought the sotware tv remote controller 5.5 (pdawin.com)
It is easy to use and works perfect with some devices (TV, VCR, little TV, Receiver).
I've created my own ccf files for that. No problem with pronto edit software.
Well I've one problem only with a device:
LG RH4820 DVD HDD Recorder.
On website "remotecentral.com" I found any LG DVD players ccf files, any buttons are working perfectly with my LG Recorder.
I can't see the code of the lerned buttons. Now I would like lern the codes from the device, it's really ok with lerning.
The test is bad. The device shows no reaction.

What kind of problem is in use? What can I do for learning the commands for device "LG RH4820" DVD Recorder?
