Well..ive had the remote software for about 3 weeks..the verdict..its worth it..especially if you have a pda lieing around not being used much. Would i go buy a new pda just to use as a remote? no way..and i cant see paying 500 or more bucks for any remote to be honest. My mx500 which was 90 bucks does everything this can do except doesnt have the lcd screen. It would be nice to have pc programming with the novii but all in all it works ok. Im gonna have to get a hot link ir extender thou as the ir window in the dell doesnt work well at an angle. And the dell has a good ir window. As far as my original problem, it was taken care of by their support people. I must say they were great! And they never heard of MR Twister...lol or at least wont admit it!
