I honestly don't know what they mean by 1/5, 2/6 etc. Though the IR-543 only has 4 physical buttons (selectable between 1-4 and 5-8 with a switch) there ARE 16 individual IR command available for controlling IDs 1 through 16. I suggest downloading a Pronto X-10 configuration (along with ProntoEdit) and dropping the hex codes into the TheaterTouch converter.
