Has anyone programmed their T2 to work with the "jump loop" functionality in the Sony DSS receivers?

I use that for watching NFL Sunday Ticket games (can jump between the 3 or 4 I'm watching). I cannot get the T2 to send out whatever it is special that happens when you "hold down" the button.

I've tried sustain, repeat while held down (in macro) and multiple repeats. The DSS always just acts like the button was just pressed (not held down).

(you hold down jump to add/delete a station to the jump loop and press it to jump amongst the stations in the loop)
