I shelved a Pronto in favor of the T2 and also have a TiVo. I have to say, the hard buttons make all the difference in the world as far as TiVo operation goes.

The lack of transport keys is a drawback in this regard but I and a few others have worked around that by using the navigation keys as transport keys. Search this forum for a few different ways of handling this issue and good luck. You'll love your T2.
