I like the kit, but I'm a little nervouse with the receiver being so new. Do you know of anyone who has performed the upfit with the new Dish 6000 HDTV receiver? I think it is based off the 5000 receiver, but I'm not sure.

Is the kit as easy as it looks? Is there any way to get into the box w/o proving it if it went back for warranty work? Or is this the front panel entry.

This would be GREAT if it will work. I can spend $25 to get the Dish to work instead of $1000 for the remote's.
