The 6 outputs of the IRF-6 are independently assignable so yes you can direct the IR to each set from the same remote. I have had some problems with the IRF-6 that had to be worked out, but overall I love mine. It should accomplish what you are after.

I also am a Crestron Dealer if you want to go that way, but they do get pricey compared to the T2. Poor RF range on these are 150 Ft and 200-300 is typical.
