Hacky,

The "remote activation circuit" is merely a 12 volt relay that activates the switched outlets. You can setup one of the four trigger outputs on the B&K to control this relay. You really do not need the RTI to control it, the B&K will do just fine.

I will send you over a program with a B&K 307 as the receiver, the other devices included may not be what you have but will give you a template to work on.
