Our company has installed probably two to three dozen of the T2 remotes, most in RF. We have had our share of RF problems to say the least but the one thing you must keep in mind is that the T2 system is a very inexpensive RF remote system.
I repeat, these are very inexpensive as far as RF remote systems. Panja and Crestron make REAL RF remote systems, BUT they start at $5,000 minimum and go up very quickly from there.
I do agree that the T2 system leaves a lot for improvement, but there has never been an RF system or this type this inexpensive before. I think they did an all right job on their first attempt at their own RF system and hopefully RTI can beef up the system in the next version
