My remote will not feed its contents to a computer so I need to learn how to transfer all my work from one computer to another. Can someone offer a step by step. I am not computer fluent so you must be pretty complete. Are there many other units with this problem?
I tried to e mail to another location and then retrieve it but the program was not complete.
