i noticed a post somewhere back about the rti just being offered as an ir remote only in the beginning.. i was wondering if it still can be purchased as an ir only and am also curious if there was a difference in price..? just had to ask im a college student on alimited income trying to finish off my stereo setup... saw the yamaha remote and denons.. but the rti caught my eye.. but the price made me blink twice.. ut with the rf features at this range compared to some of the other ones ive seen that are in the thousands you cant go wrong.. saw the pronto pro.. sweet item but a tad pricey... oh well any info would be appreciatd..

p.s. ive noticed a lot of posts on faulty or problems with the rti.. is it really as big of a deal still now that its been out for a while?
