Well, with about a month left on the warranty the top row of the LCD buttons stopped responding. I e-mailed Cartronix (now AVSmarts) and mentioned the problem.
The next day an e-mail informs me the replacement is on it's way, and to please use the enclosed UPS pre-paid label to ship the old one back. Hard to beat that!
