I am certainly sorry to hear that someone has had a bad experienced with the T2. I have actually had all of the problems discussed on this forum. I have however have been able to resolve all of them without returning a remote to RTI. I do this for a living and fnd myself able to do extensive troubleshooting without ever having to rely upon tech support. The RTI is extremely powerful, even more so than the Pronto. I urge anyone who has problems to stick with it and they will eventually have the best system available short of buying a Crestron. This forum has been a good resource for the do-it-yourselfer, people have been able to pick the brains of the pros who have figured it out already. I stand by this product and having worked with most it really doesn't get any better.
