Here's one for the T2 files: My original T2 at one year in service had a line though the display that seemed to be getting worse. I rely on my remote for more than my A/V system, it controls security lights and more. I couldn't borrow or rent another T2 so I bought a new one as a spare and sent T2 #1 in for service. T2 #2 crapped out in two days. No light behind the touch screen. The buttons, both hard and touch work but I need a light to see the touch screen.
