I am glad that so many of you have found my internal IRF-6, BNC antenna modification helpful.

I also have an internal mod for the T2. Which i have been using on my customers remotes reliably for about a year now. The combination of the 2 mods gets you pretty consistent 90 - 100% hits almost anywhere within 30 – 40 feet of the IRF-6, and I have been able to use these altered remotes up to 100 feet away and also on completely different floors from the IRF-6 with limited but ok reliability. The modified remotes react faster, and allow you to do more complex macros without fear of missed commands. This mod does not damage the remote and is easily reversible.

I am only thinking about doing the mods via mail order at this time, I really do not want to see everyone taking apart and possibly destroying their remotes trying to do this their selves, wherefore, I am not going to provide a description of how this modification is performed.

So I am laying this on the table.

What would this mod be worth $ to you?

Thanks everyone for your feedback.

Dave
