Because
#1 I have spent 100s of hours figuring out how to solve this problem,
#2 I had to put the instructions into such a format that keeps the non-technical person from destroying their modules for lack of proper technique.
#3 I had to create the instructions build and maintain a web site for people to go to download the instructions and so on and so forth.
#4 I am operating this whole adventure as a public service and I might add at a complete loss of revenue.
Which brings us to
#5 I am charging a pittance to just help with my costs. Further, I will probably never recoup any real money on this adventure
Finally, I receive no compensation from RTI, Further, the remote and module retail for nearly $1000.00. Anyone who would complain about spending $15 and change to make a $1000.00 device work better, well you don’t want to know what I think.
As far $36.00 goes, I have to get the parts, make the cable, package everything up real neat, drive to the ups store, fill out the UPS forms. Considering I charge $55.00 an hour and up on my day job, I think $36.00 is a bargain.
So Please cut me some slack OK!
