As soon as I find them I will send the codes to you.
In terms of the NEC projector, I'll just continue to have the customer press and hold a "all on" button with the NEC proj being first in the macro, the customer releases the button after the proj goes on and the rest of the macro finishes. This does work everytime, the customer is now used to it.
