I've posted reply in "Custom Installers":
Actually I've heard of problems with the RTI's in general, on these forums. The T2 and T2+ backlights, RF range, etc.
Like I said, we'd probably end up selling alot of units (as we do now with URC-2), and need to minimize service calls. We've had amazing success with Pronto TSU 6000/7000, but are looking for a lower price remote solution to go along with the Prontos.
