you have to be an installer to have access to the program. However I am sure there are some installers that would sell you a T2+ and then give you the software to use it. If you have an IRF-6 its worth upgrading no question. If not I still think its worth upgrading just not as much. As noted in another thread the new T2+ doesn't learn IR. you need a seperate piece of hardware for that. Of course with RTI installers mega database who needs it.
