Don’t Panic Yet!
This may sound simple stupid, and well it is, but this will tell you if your in real trouble.

In the control panel, use the clear all function to erase all your remotes memory, I am guessing you have it backed up.

Next, build a one button test page with the software, but do this first—
Go to “EDIT REMOTE POPERTIES” -- “OUTPUT” force the output to IR.

Next, assign an IR power command, on off whatever for your receiver, to the one button.

Next Try your remote.

If it does not work, more likely than not, your flaky keypad is freaking out your remote, I have seen this happen before. I have also seen a few bad IR emitters.

If it does work, try reloading your program and do the --“EDIT REMOTE POPERTIES” -- “OUTPUT” force the output to IR thing.

If that does not work, rebuild your remote from scratch testing as you go, if it works up to a point and then starts freaking out, then half your memory could be in trouble.

Let us know what happens,.

If you still don’t want the remote anymore, Ill take it. $$$
