Chris
We don't sell anything on ebay, so you are mistaken as
fas as your comment about its all the same "dickhead"
We purchased an AV companies inventory, that is going
out of biz in Los Angeles. Part of that inventory is some
RTI components. The dealer who still has an active account
with RTI will honor the warranty and related issues.
In fact most of the RTI items have been sold.
This is not just an internet store. I have been in the
AV biz since 1989. Having done many years of installation
and service. We source equipment from all over the world.
and have 7 people that work here.
As far as your members posts. you should keep it a bit
more professional. Terms like "bastard" and "dickhead"
might get you in trouble.
I dont feel Chris was out of line at all, I feel possibly you were out of line by selling something you knew nothing about online. RTI is a dealer sold, Installed and programmed line, We dont want to lose our priveledges of special pricing, and the line being whored out on Ebay like other brands of remotes. we have chosen this line because its a dealer only line and isnt all over the internet, then guys like you decide its ok and go against the grain, stir up controversy like this and feel its OK??
So what if you were a dealer for a line and and few of us decided to sell it online and possibly jeprodize you as a dealer and any special dealer pricing you may get?? under cut your pricing and break a few rules while doing it...how would you feel?? Like crap?? probably not as you dont seem to care
