That second one is either stolen, or it was obtained with the dealer points system... He would be taking a big loss on it otherwise.
Don't get to bent about this guys. RTI has pulled them in the past, and I see no reason why they would stop now. Just keep finding them, and turning the info over to the guys at RTI.
