It is definitely possible to integrate the newer range of systems (18/28/38/48) with rs232 and integrate with amx/lutron etc as I have seen this done. From memory Bose were not keen on giving out the necessary code to enable this integration so alot of programming was needed to make it happen. If anybody is realy interested in this I can contact the programmer and see if he will share the code that he used and the methodolagy?!
