Could be same issue. Apparently they had to change something with the rf antenna's. Call in to see if this issue is also with rp1. Seems like it could be the same issue.
Still, even with new rm433 I still have some range issues. My t2c can go outside and up to the property line (65 feet). My t4 barely can get to the outside wall (30 feet and my favorite seat). Anyone have any suggestions for this? Moving the antenna is easy, but just curious about the differences in range of the remotes.
