I removed one battery assembly from inside the container that goes into the charger and brought it to them. I had them make up two battery assemblys. I replaced the batteries, charged it up and put it into the TT2 to make sure it worked well. I them took apart the second container and replaced the batteries. I doubt that they will remove the batteries for you but it doesn't hurt to ask them. Call the number above.
