two things.why dont you make 3 pages, one for each cable box then you dont have to deal with the flags. or you can create system macros on the RP6 for each button then set your remote button to standalone and include a system macro trigger.
A quick heads up though flags are device specific IE the rp6 has a flag 1 and so does the remote
