You shouldn't have a problem. You won't need the IR-Pro since you don't need to learn any commands. To go to RF, you only need to add the RM-433 to the RP-6 and then change the settings in TheaterTouch.

As far the proprietary software goes, that is not really something I'm in the position to discuss. If the dealer is OK with it and you are OK with it and you agree not to distribute it, I don't see much problem. Also realize that the software does get updated, but that you will not have direct access to the update- you would have to ask the dealer to give you a new copy.
