Yeah, I don't understand why it is set at this level from the factory. It's always nice to fire up a system and have it work on the first try. However that trim pot does get my nerves going until I remember to tweak it up. The trim adjustment doesn't seem to be that even in its ramp up level, when lowering it down it seems to just drop off all signal if you just go just a little too far.

I'm sure tech support gets at least a few calls per week over this.
