No, vendor as in a person who sells things. He's not in our industry so to him, an installer is a vendor. The fact that the installer bought the RTI from a vendor (RTI) doesn't change the fact that the install co was a vendor to him.

What is the name of the company that didn't finish? (private email ok; if you want to tell me but not here, I won't publish it here).

I do RTI but I haven't even done a T4 yet, so I'm not volunteering. Or, to be more exact, offering my services for hire. If you get real desperate, I'll take it on; I'm the only one I've read here who has said "the guys at RTI told me..." so I'm not afraid to ask the horse.
