I think learned codes and Makehex generated codes can look different. If you want to generate clean codes, according to IRTool, those commands are:

Protocol: Sony20
Device: 26.97

(Numbers 0-9)
Commands: 48..57

(UpperCase A-Z)
Commands: 65..90

(LowerCase a-z)
Commands: 97..122
