They said call Avad and get a replacement, so Avad sent
me 2, and I sent 2 back to avad with a RA. Let me clarafy.
RTI said send them in for repair, I said that wasn't
an option, as i can't have my client not able to operate
his gear until they send them back. (if you are a control
company, you have to understand that) Avad billed me for
the 2, but if I don't get a credit on the 2 I sent back,
there will be big problems. I'm sure they will credit
me. I of course ate the shipping both ways.
I'm sure its lost in the new computer system.
