I spoke to Matt the trainer man twice. Example: When searching the command library for a manufacturer and model, after highlighting and looking at a set of useless commands, why not keep the manufacturer, type, and model in variables so when you go back to the library, the next set of codes could be clicked on? Instead, you have to retype manufacturer, model, etc all over again. This is one feature which (for me) makes the library very cumbersome and less useful by a large margin than URC's library. Example 2: When in the library typing brand, model, type, why not TAB to take you to the next field? Simple windows stuff.

Matt says, "That's a great idea, I'll pass that along". That was two years ago. Those are simple fixes that make sense. I don't waste my breath anymore.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
