I'm with Tom, unless someone from RTI pops in here and introduces themselves, they most likely could care less. I asked for several upgrades in the software since 2001 with no avail.

One of mine would be to search "My Systems" file for a certain layout and codes for a piece of gear (to merge)that you presently are working on. Instead of looking through many of them and ultimately creating it from scratch. Most of my gear is the same and I can just modify an existing customers file relatively quick, it's the occasional piece of gear that I know I've done before but can't seem to locate it in a customer file.
