open up the drivers folder in theater touch and open the RTIusb file, it will reload the usb drivers...I had a similar issue when I borrowed another laptop from the shop...it never had been connected to a remote so it never loaded the driver right
followed the helpful RTI guys advice and we were running in no time
There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
