Ah. It's a Windows USB device problem. When I first plugged the remote in, I didn't wait for windows to figure out that a new device had been connected. A setup window came up, but it came up behind everything else I was running, so I didn't see it.

So I tried setting it up, and I got the message that something went wrong. Stupid windows messages! That is, technically accurate and completely useless.

Any clues on setting up a new device, especially after I've tried setting it up and there has been an error? This is in windows, now, not yet in Theater Touch Designer.

Edit: The instructions tell me to verify that the T2-C USB driver was installed the first time it was connected. I don't know how to do this, nor do I know where the driver is supposed to be. Anybody?

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
