I am interested to know how you document the RTI systems that you install. By documentation, I mean a printable log of the equipment used and all the connections and cables used so that it is easy to go back for service calls and not spend an hour figuring out how you connected everything the first time.This is probably easy for the people that use Netzoom or D-tools or Visio but what do others do?

We mainly use RTI for home theaters so I have created a template that we complete when designing a system so that it makes it easier for us. It is very basic but it helps us a lot. I would like to post it here for comments and see how it can be improved. Is there anyway to post a pdf or a word file here or do I have to send it to anyone interested by email?
