I think estech is on the right track - the first place I would check is your terminal connections - the wires may be in the block tightly, but the clamp COULD be on the insulation resulting in intermittant operation or no operation. This has bitten me while troubleshooting industrial machinary...
Also, create a dummy project with just a couple of commands and only one rp6 and remote. That will allow you to quickly determine if the rm433 is at fault (rather than combing through your master program).
