I bitched about this glitch with Denon to the point where the dealer I was programming for picked up Marantz...
The Marantz lacks some of the Denons features. But you can send it the same input command a hundred times without it dropping. Makes it easier to make... "WORKS EVERY TIME MACROS". Also in Marantz you have discretes for surround modes even in IR that I couldn't find in the Denon Serial.
