I am in San Diego. I once had a (very early) Pronto but I didn't like it for two reasons: I found I really liked a hand-held much more than a touchscreen as i use the butons by feel a lot instead of looking directly at the remote, and secondly, it was IR only and some of my equipment didn't have discrete on/off/input codes and the macros therfore didn't always work.

That's why I am looking for something like the RTI. I also would like to hopefully check out these remotes in hand, so to speak.
