i have 3 in my house and do love them. no problems EXCEPT 1 bad battery - replaced under warranty - and two right now only hold a charge for a few hours. I have a t3 that went back - would constantly lock up then reboot itself. no fan of the t3.

i love the t2c but cant imagine having a 1 year or less battery life. my clients would freak out. i have a few to install in march. keeping my fingers crossed.

i still cant figure out what the deal is with everyone loving rechargable batteries. a mx900 will eat 3 sets a year. about $4 worth. a battery for a t2c is a call to the dealer plus $70. am i wrong?
