Phantom problems are never fun, I still find that most of the recurring problems jobs are due to static corrupting the system. As try noted, the customer had issues with T2's and now he is having problems with T2+'s I am not a big fan of coincidence, so I think there is a correlation. I have customers, for example, that no matter what model of RTI remote I have put in their home has had problems from time to time.

All of the customers that are having problems have forced air heat and the kind of carpets and furnishings that propagate static. The homes that have in-floor heat and hard wood floors never have these problems, that is except for the drop the remote on the hard floor kind of problems. So anyway I have been looking for ways to reduce the static issues.
