Thanks for all the info. The only real reason that I wanted to connect the Blu-Ray through the Audioplex is that The audioplex unit is also conneced to an IR target in that was hard-wired from the main theater. Every once in a while, I control the components via IR through the target, and this way the Blu-Ray would also work. It's not a deal breaker, but would have been nice.

I did try and connect the High Out from the RP-6 to the audioplex, and unfortunately the Blu-Ray player doesn't respond from it's IR jack in the back...just from the RP-6.
Wierd.
