Hi everybody. I'm trying to set up a couple of RTI Demo remotes at our store and I'm having a difficult time with our windows media center. We have an Integra NVS 7.7. I used the remote that came with the unit to learn all of the codes into the RTI but a strange thing happens. If I hit a button, the media center will respond once then not again for about 30 seconds. For instance, if I hit the right cursor button (on the RTI) the highlighted selection will move right but if I hit the right cursor again the NVS won't respond. If I hit right, left, right, left the NVS responds every time. Just not to two consecutive presses. Weird thing is that the factory remote works fine. Any ideas?
