A client has access to QSonix products ([Link: qsonix.com]) and I'm guessing we'll be doing client-paid OJT (on the job training) to get it up and working. Control outside of the main control zone will be RTI.

Has anybody used these? Does it have any problems or cool advantages over other products? If it's just not the right product, we can get something else, but it might be a fight so I'll want to be informed and only you guys can tell me if there are challenges or dumb things about how it works.

This is for 14,000 square foot house with four wall keypads and handheld control from up to ten other locations.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
