Once again, and maybe you are a good programmer, but who looks bad when an end user buys a $1000 remote and it never works correctly. Certainly you are not going to blame yourself, so it must be that the remote is a $1000 piece of crap, and your new mission in life will be to tell all your friends in life to never buy an RTI product. If you are RTI does this sound like a good business plan? Just ask URC how it went for them.
