As far as the discussion concerning "below market prices" and "internet policies" and "customer service"...let us all remember that our wonderful market economy will take care of all our questions in due time. If a product becomes a commodity product requiring little support...it will be sold over the internet (or it's 1st cousin mail order catalog) for cost + 5%. If those dealers sell enough and provide sufficient customer service they will stay in business. If they do not...they will not. If enough people want more in-their-face support, they will pay more to buy the product at a brick and mortar store. If enough want to buy this way the store will stay in business, if not ....they will not.
So in the end we will get the product for what it is worth and with the correct level of support.
