I just tried to upload my existing remote setup and the progam could not receive data from the remote.

I used the existing com port settings: 9600 baud, 8-0-1, Xon/Xoff.

Can anyone tell me what their com port settings are that worked?

What is the difference between a Operating and Learned program modes?

I sure wish the documentation was released with the program! They should have posted the documentation even if it was not finished.
