Dear Jay

I have a Rotel RR939 remote which is exactly the same as the SL9000 except for the LCD display and learning capability. I have a Dual tv set (also German) and it fails to register this TV. As the remote is not a learning model I can only use auto scan does it doesnot work either. I have tried using my Palm Pilot with OmniRemote to learn the codes and it fails aswell.

Hence, I don't have any help to offer, but I will keep a keen eye on this post and keep you informed if I have any resolution.
