Ordered it and got it within a week. Be aware that they do inform you, after you've submitted the order, that there are no returns. However, I wrote them back and Rick gave me a thirty day return OK. I won't need it, though. I've had the remote for two days and I absolutely love it. It does everything I want and it's very easy to use (after a little trial and error.) EADEALS did just fine by me.
