What did Universal Remote say about the unit freezing when the warning came on? Is this a known bug in the software? How quick was the turn around to get your remote back? Was your custom programming maintained or did you have to start over? I initiaily did all of my programing on the remote itself and have not yet been succesful uploading to the computer, as a result I have no backup!
